    scott's horoscope

I modified ( should say tried to modify ) this script to always retrieve "virgo"without using VR.

It is retrieving the info OK except the horoscope is in "caps' therefore Homeseer "spells " the horoscope rather than "speaks" the horoscope.

The lucky number part works fine.

    Can anyone help please ?

    Thanks

    Neil

Thanks Rupp ! That fixed it !

Thanks to Scott Surovich for writing this script !

Nice to include with good morning announcements !

Just create a new event and run it. VR not required for this.

The script in my post above contains the corrected version if anyone wants it.

Put your month in here: sign= "virgo" 'added to make script do virgo

and comment out this line: 'system.speak horofinal

          Good luck !

            Many Thanks

            Hi Folks,
My compliments to the new version creator. I myself had hacked and re-hacked the very old script from 4+ years ago and was getting frustrated with the web site changing all the time. It was like hitting a moving target.

This script worked just fine with only minor teaks (I don't need the numbers) and one for my preferances of a trigger and reply.

            Very nice work. Thanks

            Stan
