Modified Weather Warnings script!
This is a modified Weather Warnings script origionaly posted by Tom Cadwell.
It has been modified with an event trigger to trigger addon events. Also added the ability to edit the ini by running the script in edit mode. a few other minor modifications have been added. They are all discussed in the script. Credit goes to Tom Cadwell for the original script, to Dan (xplosiv) for the custom_cnn.txt which some modification ideas came from eg: Edit mode.
