free Brultech ECM server/plugin Updated

tenEcmServer, which is the data provider for the ECM plugin, has been updated to connect to the ECM-1220 or ECM-1240 via TCP/IP using the EtherBee from Brultech (it also connects directly via RS-232).

The charting package has been significantly enhanced.
