I have improved upon JohnWPB's original voice reminder scripts in a few ways:
1) I've written a free wav recorder/player so you don't have to get the recommended $40 shareware version. [img]/infopop/emoticons/icon_cool.gif[/img]
2) added functionality [img]/infopop/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif[/img]
3) fixed some things that I didn't like... [img]/infopop/emoticons/icon_wink.gif[/img]
In addition to the original script's ability to record voice reminders for a particular time/date, my improved script also allows you to create reminders for the following:
today
tomorrow
<dow> (e.g. "Monday", "Tuesday", etc.)
next <dow> (e.g. next tuesday)
Usage and install instructions are in the header of the JP_newreminder.txt script. Hope someone finds this useful.
