Here're the files - I wound up breaking the original zip into 3.
Grab the first file, "voice reminder.zip" and see if you can run the included basrecorder.exe without errors (ok, except for the usage error - which actually means the exe loaded successfully).
If you get errors about OCX files, download the first support file, unzip it, and register the enclosed OCX with the included utility. Try running basrecorder.exe again.
If you still can't run it, grab the second support file and register the OCX in it. Try basrecorder.exe again.
