Yes I know that motherboard monitoring has been done before but....
as a total newbie to scripting, I needed something to work on!
You will need to install Motherboard Monitor 5, which is available from http://mbm.livewiredev.com/
This script provides 15 virtual devices for display on homeseer/webpage that is read from the programs .CSV log file.
Processor Speed
Temperature sensor 1
Temperature sensor 2
Temperature sensor 3
Processor 1 core voltage
Processor 2 core voltage
PSU +3.3V voltage
PSU +5V voltage
PSU +12V voltage
PSU -12V voltage
PSU -5V voltage
Fan 1 speed
Fan 2 speed
Fan 3 speed
Update time & date
Actions can be taken on these devices but the script includes simple warning messages for high temperature and low fan speeds. It is very easy to modify for more advanced warning messages.
Install instructions are included within the zip file.
