fixed mouseover feature to work with newer IE and other browsers for anyone still using this webpage.

Thanks Gayle! Not too much interest, but I really like using the matrix. Just uploaded an even cleaner version with alternating row colors and hovering over each icon not only reveals Device Name and Location, but also the Device String contents as well.
