I enjoyed doing it. The fact that someone else finds it useful is a bonus.

I seem to dream in code.
1.21 (available now): Should be final unless problems are uncovered.

Added Wind Gust to the Wind device. EC still seems to have surprises for me.
Also, cleaned up some speech so it sounds a bit more natural.

I'm very glad to hear this.

If you want the day before, you'll have to handle that yourself. This is current data only.

So you would like voice recognition then. I have no plans to do that.

To do this yourself, you can create an event like this:

EDIT: Perhaps use hs.DeviceValue("W14") instead of hs.DeviceString

              Now I'm confused.
The picture is of an HS event, you can create, to speak the temperature.

                  Unfortuately it's only in English.
Otherwise, you should ask the question in the general forum where more people will see it and be able to assist.
How is the French speech? Good? I've done my best there.

That way, you can type your questions there, translate them and then post the result on the board as I am doing for you.

Too late. I wish you'd warned me two weeks ago Jon.
I'm already looking for another project to start. Gotta do something -- I retired four months ago and I don't have PLC's to play with anymore.

                              Just a note.
You may, from time to time, see a message in the log something like this:
"EnvCan Weather: Found no graphic for: xxx"
(Where xxx is a type of weather condition)
This shouldn't be too obtrusive. Actually, this was debug code I forgot to remove, but it may yet serve a purpose.

If/when you see this, I'd like to know.
I've scoured the web for Icons to use with the script, but there are no doubt going to be a few missing. If you can also make a suggestion for a graphic to fill in the gap, it would be appreciated. The file should be a small GIF (0-5kb max), preferably with a transparent background.
