    Not working

I had this script working years ago on the 3.2 version but at one point Home seer updated and screwed up my system and I restored it. Anyway now I noticed it's not logging or doing anything. I get the error:

Jun-16 12:40:31 PM Error Compiling script C:\Program Files\HomeSeer HS3\scripts\doorlock.vb: compiler initialization failed unexpectedly: The system cannot find the file specified.
    Jun-16 12:40:31 PM Error Compiling script C:\Program Files\HomeSeer HS3\scripts\doorlock.vb: could not find library 'Scheduler.dll'

I'm totally stuck with the script right now and not sure where to either start or get this fixed.

Script Working Great but seeing one odd thing... I have 2 locks. When I goto the script page for one of them, I see everything I expect. When I go to the other, the list of "Status-Value" codes ends at 5040

I looks at the INI and all the codes are there. So I decided to copy the 'working lock' settings to the 'non-working lock' settings... and that didnt change anything.

Is there something that could be limiting the # of rows displayed for one lock, but not the other?

The thread is borked, I cant add a reply or attached screens so I'll PM them to you.

Mudroom has some 6000s but no 5000s in the Status Text -- script is properly showing all 5000s & 6000s in the script config.

Foyer has no additional Status Text edits (orig config HS3 provides it) -- script only showing 5000s but Not any 6000s

... Does the script not create any 6000s unless the we manually create the Status Text to match? If yes, then why does it create the 5000 range when we haven't put those in the Status Text?

Ltek Sorry for the long absence. Do you still have the issue from the prior post? The script will determine the number of entries from the actual device. If compare the Status Graphics tab of the Notification device for both locks, do they look the same?

Dekirts Do you still have this issue? I recall seeing this issue as an overall issue with HS3 depending on how it was started. Do you have other scripts that work fine and it's only an issue with this one?

Anyone using this script to Trigger Events when a specific User Code is entered? If yes, please show me how

HS3 almost never pulls user codes from my locks so events are not triggered... while both BLLock and this script pull codes just fine. I've given up on Homeseer fixing bugs and need this to work.

thx for the help - it is HIGHLY appreciated

I use this plugin when I want the users name for Pushover or TTS. With my Yale lock I can use the locks Child device "Lock Notification" and trigger off a change to a users code. My code is user # 1002

The script is triggered by HS detecting a change in the notification device, so it's weird that specific events that are supposed to trigger based on certain values don't. I do know that the lock sends multiple changes to the notification device in quick succession so perhaps only the last one triggers an event for a specific value I may be able to add an option to the script to trigger other events for each value. However, work is crazy busy right now and we're doing home renos, so my time is somewhat limited.

Testing may have found a bug or 2:

                      1. Not sure if this is by design... when I set a Lock code line item to 'Not Set' it never sends Pushover; even if Pushover Checkbox is checked.

                      2. (log attached) seems the script reports 'Manual Lock' even when it should be 'Manual Unlock'

Al, quick one I'm in the midst of cleaning up my HS3 loose ends and noticed that I'm getting the following error message, any idea what I'm missing?
                        .
Mar-04 3:08:10 PM Pushover 3P Pushover Notification Sent - Message Title Lock Warning - Side Door
Mar-04 3:08:08 PM Pushover 3P Event Has No Message Body - Error
                        .
I've since went into my DoorLock setup for each doorlock and updated my specific "Action Message" from [%PERSON% has unlocked the %DOOR%] to [%PERSON% has unlocked the %DOOR%]{%PERSON% has unlocked the %DOOR%} in the hopes that the {} enclosed text will take care of the Pushover error, thanxs in advance Mike

Look for a checkmark in pushover column with a blank action column. It could be for a code other than unlock. Like "Deadbolt Motor Jammed"

Just wondering out loud here. When I create a new code I have to hit submit after each entry. I wonder if when you remove a check mark and action if you have to hit submit on the blank as well to clear it?

Short answer is yes for any change, typically if you did not hit "submit" it reverts back to the previous state that it was set to where as if you hit "submit" it will show the new state.
