Ultra IM and Log not working after total reinstall

I've not had much success with these.

Ultra Log seems to be totally empty. But the MDB file is getting bigger

And with IM, I get "Script: c:\.......\homeseer_send_im_script.wsf
Line: 0
Char: 1
Error: Cannot create object
code: 80040066
Source: Windows script host"

I've just installed Windows 2000 Server afresh, installed HomeSeer fresh. And MSN Messenger.

But not working. Anyone else had this ?

My HomeSeer version writes dates as follows to the ah.log file:

How does your HomeSeer write dates in your ah.log file? Is is based on your regional setting?

Send me your mdb file (ultrajones@hotmail.com) so I can check how the dates are written to your mdb file.

We will address UltraIM after the problem with ultra_log is resloved.

In the ultra log screen, it shows all by default with the last 24 hours.

So, if I change it so the date is in US format (not UK as is the rest of my system) it shows. The MDB and my logs are all in UK format.
