    new webserver message

Hi ther. Just got a message never seen before in HS log.

    <TABLE cellSpacing=2 cellPadding=0 width="100%" border=0><TBODY><TR><TD class=LOGDateTime1 noWrap align=left>27/04/2009 22:28:08 </TD><TD class=LOGType1 align=left colSpan=3>Web Server </TD><TD class=LOGEntry1 align=left colSpan=8>IP Address has been blocked from further access to the system.</TD></TR></TBODY></TABLE>

I am not overly concerned as HS seems to have decided they are malicious but I can find no other refernces to this IP in my logs to see what they were up to and Whois doesn't seem to accept it as a valid IP.

So what I really want to know is, What would cause HS to generate this message?

I get one of these every once in awhile. The way I figure some automated bot was trying to log in with various username/passwords and after a few bad attempts HS blocks that IP.

      start here
and follow the links in the thread for more info on when it was implemented.
      HS3Pro Running on a Raspberry Pi3
      68 Z-Wave Nodes, 174 Events, 326 Devices

If HomeSeer detects 3 failed login attempts in 10 minutes then it will block access to the HS web server for a minute or 2. These values may not be accurate but the concept is.
