Have you modified the start page that HS serves by editing the web tab. I saw this partial loading once before when I add my oen startup page to HS?

Nope. I haven't modified the start page. I don't even know how. Thanks for your continued assistance. Now I think it's time to call it quits. It has to be something with our firewall at work - although I don't know why one program like iVista would work but not HomeSeer.
