This java error comes from clicking in the national or local audio report in Weather Display Script. I noticed it last night also. I will check into it. I suspect that we will have to update the links.
Quick update, it is a bug on the Weather.Com page. Maybe they didn'y pay their bill to audiostream <g>.
There is a "key" in the Java Code
e.g.

All, Went to weather channel right clicked oand viewed source cut and pasted the keys (2 places, 2 keys) and all is back to normal.
