New Installation web mail not showing graphics

Just installed HS 1.6 and newly installed WK2 Pro with SP3. Running Outlook 2000. I am using HS to read email. The embedded graphics are not showing up in the web browser, if I look at the email in Outlook it has the graphics. I wasn't able to get this to work in W98 either. I thought the new install of both the OS and HS 1.6 would fix the problem. Anybody else having this problem as well?

I've been running homeseer for a few years and many versions - I have never seen any embedded graphics (or html for that matter) using the webserver to view mail (outlook 2000 shows both fine).
