Newbie.. Need all the help I can.

I have a number of both B/W & Color cameras all around the property and they feed a 16 camera controller with motion detection alarm for each camera. Would like to capture a picture from a camera that goes into alarm and save it so I can view using the web page.

Any suggestions? Anyone done this?
