I cannot seem to access HS remotly
I am useing my computers IP address and the port number that hs is on: http://81.77.37.21:86
IT wont connect
I am useing a wireless netgear router/modem which I have cofigured to allow incomeing trafic onto this comp?
What am I doing wrong

Jim,
You need to use your routers ipaddress. If your computer is behind the router your ipaddress should be smiting like 192.168.0.xxx. Bring up a command (DOS) prompt and key in IPConfig on your PC. This should report an ipaddress like the one above. Now login to your router's web interface and on one of the pages you should see the routers ipaddress. This is the one you need to use to access your site.

That is my routers address I can remotly access my router using http://81.77.37.21:8080
But not homeseer I also have the same problem accesing the cameras remotly??

Jim'll: Do you have port 86 forwarded at your router to your HS computer's IP address? If your HS computer's IP address is 192.168.0.1, then you should have your router forwarding all traffic on port 86 to 192.168.0.1. This causes anything connecting to 81.77.37.21:86 to go straight to your HS computer.

If you have all that and it still doesn't work... Have you tried setting HS and the router to a port other than 86? Some ports are problematic.
