Long time lurker, first time poster.
I've installed Ultra View2 from the Ultra suite package and followed the instructions to the letter.
The problem I'm having is as as follows:
I'll place all my devices across the three floors (basement, first & second) in the ultra_view2_config.htm page. Then, I hit the button and create the ultra_view2.cfg file. I then go a look at the ASP page in explorer and although all three floorplans appear when I use the dropdown, basement and first floor never display any of the devices I place on them; however, the devices I've placed on the second floor will display when I view the second floor.
Any ideas as to what's causing this? Any help is greatly appreciated!
