    Are these UPS supported ?

    Hello

I just bought these 2 UPSs and i'm trying to figure out how to make them work with the plugin

Each is working fine with it's own power management software but i'm trying to figure out how to connect them to the plugin ( if they are compatible )

Having some problems figuring out how to configure APCUPSD and NUT on windows

    Thanks

Are you running Windows or Linux. If Windows, the integrated power management should detect the state, I believe most plugins tap into the Windows API for power management. Don't know about Linux however.

I used to have a Tripplite UPS and it would not notify Windows of the power condition. I used it's own application (can't recall name now). I tried and tried to get it to work after I moved from Window 2000 to no avail. Finally, I gave up a got an APC UPS. I've used that with Win2k3 and now Windows Server 2016 along with BLUPS. Works like a charm.
So if you plug it in to the system via USB, do you see any Windows notifications? Perhaps the battery symbol in the system tray?

What I already posted in the dup post about this:

I am not familiar with these two UPSs. If they are supported by APCUPSD or NUT then the plugin can eb used as it communicates with the APCUPSD or NUT services on the computers rather than directly with the UPS. Therefore either APCUPSD or NUT need to be running/configured on the computer before looking at integration with HS3 with the plugin. Have you checked the http://www.apcupsd.org/and https://networkupstools.org/ sites / supports? I would start with that to check if supported and/or how to configure the respective drivers to support the UPSs.
