    TED Devices Suddenly Stuck Offline

I have been a happy user of the BLTEDPro plugin since it was first released several months ago -- never had a problem.

On May 22 at 12:21 AM all three of my TED root devices suddenly went offline for reasons unknown. (Times were reported as last change time on the HS3 Device List page.) All child devices remain frozen at the values they had at the time the root devices reported offline.

I have inspected the HS3 log at the time of freeze. There were no entries at all between a couple of minutes before and after the freeze. Given the time of day, it was expected that there was not much going on in the system.

The TED web access program is experiencing no problems whatsoever. Graphs of current usage are being generated same as always.

These are some actions I took that accomplished nothing:
    1. Disable, then reenable BLTEDPro.
    2. Remove, then reinstall the BLTEDPro plugin.
    3. Cycle power to the ECC (Energy Control Center).
    4. Restart HS3.
The HS3 off-line condition has now persisted for about four days, even though the web app is working just fine. There are no other recent anomalies or known problems in other areas of HS3. No known system configuration changes were made near the time of freezing.

Any assistance would be most welcome. Thanks.

Edited note: My SEL Pro, monitoring computer, and ECC are all on the same Ethernet local network.

      Hi,
      Did you solved the problem?
I'm thinking of buying this plugin but if it's unstable I might not.
