CurrentCost plugin with GaSmart transmitter

Hi
I recently bought the GaSmart transmitter, in addition to the OptiSmart (Electricity)

But, Homeseer doesnt seem to update and show the new sensor being available, does the current cost plugin support the GaSmart transmitter

i notice in the log that it is type 2, whereas the optismart is type 1, could this be the issue?
