Efergy Engage Energy Monitor HS 4 problem

cant find Efergy Engage Energy Monitor in HS4, reinstalled the plugin serval times, but not working.

Did remove App tokens on engage webpage , did try the "Efergy Engage Authorization" button again no luck ??
