    Can't connect anymore

    Hi,

    Since about one week I get the following error message:

    Cannot get site master from Gateway 192.168.2.89:443: site_name request timed out

    It's doesn't seem to matter if I have the correct password or not, always get the same message.

    Running on Windows, Powerwall version 21.20.6, latest version of the plug-in.

    Any idea how I could troubleshoot? Thank you!

    I'm on the same Powerwall version and it's still working fine for me. Does it work if you load the Gateway's IP in your browser?

      Hi, thank you for the quick reply. Interestingly, I could connect from my desktop PC to the Powerwall without any problem, but not from HS4 running on the home automation server. Following you question I decided to try to via Chrome on the home automation server which worked, and then magically the HS4 plug-in connection also started to work again. Not sure how that would have happened, but it seems the connection via Chrome did clear something which granted access again to the plug-in. So all good for now, thank you!
