    Any way to tell if the Brultech is not responding

    I just installed the Brultech Greeneye and it seems to be working, but today I found that there were no values after 3 AM. Is there a way to generate an alert email so I am aware that it isn't responding?

        I found a device ECM1 GreenEye that I could check for Change to Connected or Disconnected status, so I set an event to email me for either status. Not sure if it works yet, will let u know if it fires.

          How are you connected to the GEM? Dashbox, Network or Serial?

            Mine is network attached, the network is alive but the Gem gets stuck...

              I'm also network attached to the greeneye. It hasn't hung on me since my response - should I consider myself lucky?
