Occupancy stuck?

I have a device that detects that there one people in the room, but in reality there no one in the room. Anyone know how to reset device?

try to reset by disabling and enabling the "Gesture, Posture and Person Recognition" from the config page
if it doesn't work try to restart the plugin
if ti doesn't work try to power cycle the kinect sensor
