Can this plugin be used with the kinect and the Hometroller SEL?

not directly, the kinect sensor needs to be plugged to a windows machine, and the plugin needs to run on this same windows machine.

however you could have HS3 running on the SEL, and the kinect plugin running remotely on a windows computer and communicating with HS3.
