    Got a new error need help

    Today one of my remote instances stopped working and I think that it has someting to do with a bad entry for a grammar somewhere but not sure or where to start looking need some help see screen shot attached thanks in advance

    I would need to see the entire debug log when you start this instance
    Also make sure to use version 3.0.0.35.

          hmmm, that's weird since version 3.0.0.12, the version is logged at start up like this:

          are you sure you have updated the remote instance? For a remote instance you have to manually copy the files.

            I got rid of that error i had an old versio. Of the kinect.exe. but now it will start fine but a short time later i get a message in the log the voice recognition has stopped and it isnt hearing commands after that any ideas.

              It is very difficult for me to help you without some logs or a very detailed description of the error, so please try to post some logs everytime you got a problem.

                I set that remote instance to log to file and set it at debug to capture what is happening but where does the remote instance save the log file

                  attached is the log for one of my remote instances I am seeing this in all of my remote instances where after sometime they will stop listening

                  I set the logging to trace and it is attached below

                  Any help resolving this would be appreciate

                    1) your logs show some errors when a phrase is recognized and when the remote instance try to trigger the associated event. Actually this log does not show one successful voice command. So my first question is: does this remote instance ever work?

                    2) the last log line shows "Speech Recognition Stopped". Do you always see this when the problem happens? Is there some additional lines in the console?

                    3) Since when do you have noticed this "speech recognition stopped" problem? Is it like that from the beginning or is it something that appear with a recent version of the plugin?

                    So it looks like the VR engine stops by itself for an unknown reason, I could try to automatically restart it when it is not voluntarily stopped. But I still need you to answer the above questions. Thanks.

                      1) yes this instance works very well when it is running all of my remote instance do this.

                      2) I always see the "speech recognition stopped" message when it happens. There is never additional lines in the counsel after speech recognition stops that is always the last line

                      3) it has not always been like thisbut I am not sure what build I started seeing it.

                        please test version 3.0.0.36 attached, it tries to restart speech recognition when it detects that it has stopped unexpectedly.

                        please keep log level to Debug, and post your logs whatever the result of the test is.

                          It doesn't seem to restart the VR as soon as I tried a command the VR engine stopped and never restarted
