Events nbot triggered when one instance not running

Hello,
I have two remote instances running (no local version) at v3.0.0.36.

I have several events that are triggered by the kinect voice recognition phrases on either remote kinect. When the first kinect in the "OR" event conditions is not connected the event is not triggered although the phrase is reported as recognised by the one connected kinect.

For example:
Remote kinect A is living room. Remote kinect B is bedroom.
Event configuration:
If Kinect A phrase recognised blahblah
OR If kinect B phrase recognised is blahblah
Then
<event actions>

The above event will only trigger if kinect A is connected, either by the phrase being heard on kinect A or kinect B. If kinect A is not connected, the event does not trigger from kinect B.

When kinect A is not connected the event page shows the following for the first event IF condition:
The plug-in Kinect is not running or is not connected to HomeSeer.

please install version 3.0.0.40 available here,
there was a bug introduced in version 3.0.0.36 when 2 kinect triggers from different instances where used in the same event.

seeing the following line when one instance is not running is normal but the other trigger should still work.
"The plug-in Kinect is not running or is not connected to HomeSeer."
