Run confirmation .wav remotely

you can enter a normal path, something like:
C:/Program Files (x86)/HomeSeer HS3/Wave/confirmation.wav

Can I enter the normal path ( c:\program files\ ) or should the file be on a shared folder?

The wav file needs to be on your HS3 computer.
For remote instances you can't use the select dialog, you need to manually edit the path of the wav file.

Hi,

I want to play the standard confirmation wav through a remote speaker client. When I select the wav through the select box I can only select local wav files. When I try to play it, it won't work remotely. Should the wav file be hosted on the remote computer? And where?
