What to do with Firstgen Ipad Mini's?

I have two of these that came with my house. HS Touch does work on them, so that's good.... but a lot of apps, like Sonos, will no longer work. I might sell them as they are just sitting here.

Any other thoughts on what i can do with these?

I have an old iPod Touch that I keep as a (seldom used) remote. The HSTouch home screen on it displays the time, so it's also a clock. The good news is that it is very reliable and seldom needs attention of any kind. The bad news is that it's seldom used, so it is more of a tshatshke: something to dust and move out of the way.
