    Passive Radiator Antenna on PCB

    Good morning to you all,
    I was not sure where I'd put this so it ended up here...

    I need a little help. I'm looking for boardhouse that can make some passive radiator antenna prototypes that you can see on attached pictures. The fiberglass needs to be as thin as possible and if doable then cut out in the shape of the radiator (the big top circle). I also need some suggestions as what to use for environmental protection. These antennas will be in plastic covers (not water tight) so I need some protection from water immersion.

    Any ideas, contacts, phone numbers are welcome.

    Just curious, what are the antennas for?

      These particular ones are for utility (water, gas, electricity) reporting system. Unfortunatelly no connection to any HA system as right now.
      If they work well, I might try to use something like that with my wireless HA stuff (different length will be needed).

        perhaps cover all the connections with epoxy.

            I was thinking more about conformal coating. That darn think have to survive outside for 10 years (or at least it should.. ). As these are at ground level, sometimes they can be flooded with water.
