switchlinc fluorescent switch

Just wondering if anyone in here has purchased one of the switchlinc lite fluorescent switches and had any problems with them I recently purchased one installed it just like the instructions say and it didn't work none of the leds turn on like the instructions say.
Any advice will be appreciated.

I have 5 of them. SwitchLinc Lite flourescent switchs. They all are installed and working properly. The only troubles I had was 2 of the switch boxes didn't have a neutral wire.
