    Windows 2000 menu tweaking?

    Hi everybody,
    Need a tip on how to get the menus to pop up instead of having the menus with the arrows that need to be clicked on.
    I've attached a pic to show what I have.

    What, you don't like that terrible, annoying, personalized menu feature?

    Click on Start, then Settings, Then Taskbar and start menu. In the window that comes up, remover the checkmark in front of Use Personalized Menu.
