Hi, this is great news I have a ap800 working for about 4 years now and it one of my main components in my system. Please consider making it compatible with XAP800 which is the predecessor of the AP800.Hector

I use these units for a few years now for whole house audio and VR with great success. (via scripts) A plugin would be a nice addition but please consider to use the XAP800. Thats the newer version of the AP800 and also cheaply available on eBay and such. The XAP800 has far better audio charisterics then the AP800 and is easier to control and setup. That said, you still need a considerable amount of audio knowledge to get things right.
Please note that about 80% of the serial commands for these units are indentical.- Bram

I have 2 but not installed them as I do not have time to play with the scripts. A plugin would be great.
