you don't have any other RF receiver do you? I found I had difficultly copying when my W800GL- thingy was connected at the same time and I used to remove it, transfer configs, and then add it back and that worked every time. I've now removed it altogether as I'm only using RFXCOM.

      ACT could never explain this.

      Just a long shot...

Jim - you don't have any of the Z-Wave PIRs do you? I still haven't managed to get mine working - it's a rather expensive paper weight at the moment!

I have a w800 but I have not noticed any isues because of it.
I have 10 Z-wzve pir's, I find it hard to assotiate them with HS sometimes but it gets there in the end.

very strange - i went back to HS to see what message I was getting from them and it seems to be working now! Motion is being detected - I'm even getting feedback on battery status! Very neat.

Sonix - yes, we are now selling Euro versions of the ACT HomePRO Z-Wave products. These operate at 868.42 Mhz, which is the correct Z-Wave frequency in Europe.

I've got a couple of these still in the box. But I hope and believe they will work.
                    Cheers

I have a couple of these installed they work well with incandesent bulbs but not so well with the dimmableenergy bulbs that I have, hopefully future bulbs will work better! but for now I am not sure what use these switches will be in the future. Merton have a dimmable unit that wires into the ceiling rose coming soon also wireless switches which maybe a beter option.
