Weird Alexa behavior suddenly - only certain lights in rooms work

I use Alexa rooms for some of my routines... very handy to add several devices to a room and then tell Alexa to "turn on the master bedroom liights" etc.

Has worked perfectly until this morning. I did it, and only one light came on, yet all three are still listed as devices in the room via the alexa app. Same happening in other rooms as well.

Anybody else seeing similar?

Now nothing is working... hmm. No one else seeing this before i start mucking with something that might not be broken on my end?

All i get is the "sorry, that device is not responding" answer back.
