Alexa not recognizing Dimmer switches as dimmable

I had to disable and re-enable my Homeseer Smarthome skill. Now my dimming light switches are not recognized as dimmable by Alexa. I've deleted them from the app, and re-added them. Still no luck. They work fine from HSBuddy, HS3, etc.

One thought, be sure Is Dimmable is checked.

Yes, they are showing as "dimmable" in Homeseer. Still not dimmable in Alexa. (They were showing as dimmable in HS3 before adding them to Alexa)

Does any one have any ideas about this?

What error are you getting when you tell Alexa to dim the lights? How do you know they are recognized as dimmers.

It seems to be working now on the Echo. before it would say something like "that device does not support this function" if asking it to dim, etc.

Now it seems to work, but not in the Alexa app. (not as big of a deal.).

I deleted it and re-added it. The app just says "waiting for Homeseer..." and never goes past that. But does work on the Echo.
