"There was a problem" in Alexa app.

    "There was a problem" in Alexa app.

    Anyone else have "There was a problem" for every HomeSeer device in their Alexa app? I can still control the device, but the UI always shows this error and always shows the device as "off" rather than its true state.

    HS4 Pro v4.2.

    I have that from time to time, but it usually self-corrects. OK, it ALWAYS self-corrects.

      I get it all the time due to low bandwidth connection to cloud vs. the timeouts set for expected response times. It is usually the case of "Alex turn on light", the light turns on, but then the "there was a problem" notification.
