Access issue in IFTTT?

I have IFTTT and myhomeseer linked and everything works fine.
Today I tried to add the same myhomeseer applet in my wife's IFTTT account and keep getting an "access denied" page when clicking the connect button. I checked back on my account and get the same error when I try to edit the service. Does this mean the homeseer applet is down right or am I missing something else? I am able to add other services to my wife's IFTTT account so not sure what's going on.

Still not working.
I wonder if it's a hs service issue or an ifttt issue...
