I have MyHS premium. If I go to myhs.homeseer.com my two systems are listed. One I can access without problem, but if I click on the other the message ‘email verification not found’ appears above ‘select system’. The system in question can see myhs (it says it is connected in the log) and myhs can see it (if I switch it off it is marked as ‘offline.’ What am I doing wrong?
