I'm suddenly unable to authenticate to the MyHS remote service (which I need to be able to do to relink the Alexa skill). myhs.homeseer.com says I don't exist at all, despite having been a registered user for more than 10 years.
I've file a support ticket but, of course, this happened on Friday night. I don't expect to hear anything from support until Monday.
Any suggestions?
