MyHS "Homeseer Not Running"

I've been working for hours trying to get connected to my system through MyHS. Startup logs show the successful connection to the service. I've added my MyHS username and password under the network tab. I have disabled firewalls. When I try to login through the service all I get is "Homeseer Not Running". I can login and get to the "Manage Account" pieces but nothing further. I'm out of ideas. I've scoured these forums and tried everything imaginable. Everything I read says that no port forwarding or anything is required. I just don't know what else to do. Any advice out there?

Under Setup -> Network tab, do you have myhs enabled?

Figured it out. Self inflicted. Turns out I accidentally used my HS4 upgrade license key instead of HS3 when registering. Swapped it and got in. Oops!
