MYHS Cloud Backup

I have two HS4 systems, a Hometroller sel and a Raspberry Pi. I have a long standing premium subscription to Myhs. I'm trying to use the cloud backup feature. It works for the SEL but not for the Raspberry PI. The option under tools/backup on the Pi just shows "
Cloud Backups are available to Premium Subscribers

Does anyone have an idea as to how to enable it?

Does the cloud backup only work with HS4? I have a MyHS premium account already too.
