    Email Verification Not Found - Solved!

    I've been trying all day to access MyHS Remote. I even reset the password a few times. Every login just replies: "Email Verification Not Found".
    Makes me think it should have sent an email for something, but I've not received any emails (not even in spam/junk folder) other than the link to reset my password.
    NOTE: I did however upgrade HS3 to HS4 today. Maybe that has me locked out now?

        Just to follow up, they had to manually delete my MyHS account from their system because it had been used on HS3. Once it was gone, they emailed me and said I could create a new one, which would be attached to my HS4 system. I'm back online now.
