    MyHS deosn't work

    I've been using MyHS for at least 2 or 3 years with no problems.

    About 3 or 4 months ago it just quit working. Alexa, IFTTT, and HSTouch don't work.

    I can't log in to HSTouch on my iPhone, doesn't matter what I type in.

    I'm just now getting a chance to try to figure out what is wrong. I went to the MyHS site and logged in. Everything looked fine. Although my system shows as offline.

    I changed the password, logged back in and then tried HSTouch thinking maybe I had forgotten the password. Didn't work.

    So I thought I would delete the system and register it again. I thought this might bring it back online. When I deleted the system it took me back to the log in screen. It doesn't matter what I enter it tells me the password or ID is wrong.

    I thought I would try to register the system again and it told me the system was already registered. It's not...., I had just deleted it.

    So I can't get in to the account and I can't register my system now. It's gone from bad to worse.

    Anyone have any words of wisdom?

    You will have to put in a support ticket. I had similar issues when they moved to the "premier" MyHS offerings, I think around April/May. I am still finding that one of my HS4 systems can't be recognized as Premier for cloud backup purposes but I can access from the web and homeseer remote app. My support ticket was escalated as a critical bug around late September 2020.
