      OK, I have a similar problem, I finally switched over to HS4. While i sort out some glitches I switch back between HS3 and HS4.

      MyHS is working just fine with HS3, however when i switch to HS4 i'm getting a screen that says "Homeseer is not running"
      On the iphone app I get "No systems were found with the given credentials"
      Switching back to HS3 MyHS and iphone app work again.

      Just like Antoon above, I can manage my account and change passwords, but not log in.
      Mostly i want this for the alexa skill and the iphone app.

      I'll start here and email jon, as suggested, if no easy answer.

          I am still waiting on a answer.
          Have use different email adresses at homeseer but no response.
          Als checken my spam folder.
          I gues i am on their blacklist 🤣

            The HomeSeer helpdesk got back to me rather quickly.
            I had forgotten to change my HS3 license number to the HS4 license.
            Done in Manage account - Change Primary system.
            None the less that fixed it for me.

              I already did that right when I switched to HS4
              It has also worked for about 10 months.
              Have sent an email so many times but no response at all, very bad
