Could not reach HomeSeer...

I have lost control of HS4 via Google Home. Not sure when it happened, so I tried connecting again and I just get the message:
"Cannot not reach HomeSeer..."

So I unlinked and tried starting from scratch and I get the same message.

Suggestions?
