MyHS has been working fine for months and maybe years.
A couple of weeks ago I installed a new router, Cisco RV345. Every thing was fine no problems.
Last Friday I had another internet service installed. The RV345 has dual WAN ports, they are setup in a load balancing config.
Saturday evening I noticed my link Alexa to IFTTT to HS3 wasn't working. HSTouch also doesn't work. So I started trouble shooting this evening.
When HS3 boots the log contains the following;
MyHS could not connect to server: The requested name is valid, but no data of the requested type was found
I can log in to MyHS and everything looks good.
Anyone have any ideas? I've tried everything I can think of.
