    MyHS Warning in HS Log - Backup Subscription information not available

    Has anyone seen this warning appear in their HS log?

    I've checked MyHS and everything seems to be setup correctly but this continues to show up in my log. I purchase the premium MyHS service and it includes a monthly backup. I also have a weekly local backup.

    I get it every 3 hours on my primary HS4 system. Was having problems getting cloud backup to work and had an open ticket with HS for a few months until finally resolving it a couple weeks ago. Thought the warning was related but it continues even as backup is successful.

    I have a second HS system that doesn't recognize that I have a premium MyHS subscription and cloud backup doesn't work--separate support ticket still open. I get the warning on that system at 7:15am on many, but not all, days. Haven't been able to determine why the two systems throw the warning at different intervals, nor why it's consistent on one and intermittent on the other. I've reported the warning as part of both above-mentioned support tickets.

      Did anyone ever figure this one out? I get the same thing every 3 hours. Same times as yours.

        What version of HS4 are you running?

          Two systems. Both 4.2.8.0. On raspberry pi.
