I finally got my Insteon plugin working and all devices are loaded in. I can operate my devices from both my PC and my phone using the HS4 mobile app but I cannot operate devices when I am away from home wifi network. What do I need to do so the mobile app connects to the hub when I am out of range.

When the phone is not working I shut off wifi and try to access the Homeseer mobile app again using just cellular - usually that works. As an alternative here is a discussion we had a few days ago with some working options: https://forums.homeseer.com/forum/hs...p-successfully
