How do you change a HS$ PI from Basic to Premium on MYHS?

Have 2 systems one Windows and one PI and can get to both with MYHS but only the Windows one that shows Premium under the about link will do backups to the cloud.
The PI still shows Basic.
Any idea on how to change the PI from Basic to Premium would be appreciated.

I think all that needs to be done is to pay for the premium myHS service.

If you have purchased the premium myHS and it is not working you should probably contact HomeSeer support.

I’ve been paying for the premium for over a year. I did put a ticket in last week and replied to questions support ask.
just thought maybe something I could do on my end.
